phentramin helped me really change how i eat. i’m a southern girl and it’s not easy to go cold turkey from chicken and sweet tea. But i did it and i’m 47lbs lighter after 5 months!!

Phentramin worked ok for me. I bought it thinking it wasn’t hoodia because I thought hoodia was trash… BUT I guess theirs is really good.. not much energy boost but good hunger control
